Amelie Kathryn Ashford (also Carraway) was born on September 19, 1976. Raised in Springfield, Illinois, Amelie always showed a desire to strive for the best in her life. Often dreaming of living a more substantial and luxurious lifestyle than the modest background she was humbly used to, at the age of 17, she left Springfield and moved to Los Angeles, California, with the hopes of pursuing a career in the fashion industry.
After several years of failed attempts to enter into the industry, she packed up her life and made another move: to Seattle, Washington. There, she immediately strikes up a romantic interest in wealthy businessman William Carraway. After a little more than a year of dating, Amelie got engaged to William, and the pair ultimately married in June 2006. Following their marriage, Amelie quickly joined the staff of William’s family business, Carraway Enterprises, a wealthy and profitable business. Following a dip in stock, the Carraway family immediately began to plan a relocation of the business. And in 2015, the family decided to leave Seattle and move to Liberty City, New York.
